Stir-Fried Rice Noodle Rolls with Cabbage and Meat Patty Recipe

Ingredients:
– Cabbage: appropriate amount


– Meat patty: appropriate amount


– Rice noodle rolls (Guotiao): appropriate amount


– Salt: appropriate amount


– Soy sauce: appropriate amount



Instructions:


1. Dice the meat patty and set aside a small bag of fried garlic.


2. Prepare one bag of rice noodle rolls.


3. Wash half a cabbage and shred it finely.


4. Heat oil in a pan, add the shredded cabbage, stir-fry until cooked, and season with salt.


5. Drain off any excess liquid released from the cabbage during stir-frying, then add the diced meat patty and fried garlic.
6. After stirring evenly, add the rice noodles and an appropriate amount of soy sauce.


7. Stir-fry until well combined, and remove from heat when the rice noodles are soft and hot.
